Police are searching for two men who impersonated undercover police officers during a dispute with a fellow driver in the early hours of August 24th. The incident took place at the intersection of Hoyt Avenue North and 26th St. at 4:15AM. The men in question allegedly beat a fellow driver and stole his phone during the argument.
