An arepa is a flat, round, thicker tortilla made of maize flour that can be grilled, baked, or fried. This arepa is stuffed with mixed seafood- crab, calamari, mussels, shrimp, and octopus. All sautéed in some garlic, onions, and colorful bell peppers. Rompe Colchón translates to “breaking the mattress”, so you know this will stuff you more than a turkey dinner! $9
