Astoria Fridge, the 24/7 community fridge located on 8th St. & Astoria Blvd., is hosting a pop-up event this Sunday. The pop-up is part of the 31st Avenue Open Street initiative.

On August 30th from 1-4PM, volunteers will be collecting food donations to stock up and help feed more members of the community. Accepted donations include baked goods, bottled water, pantry items, fresh produce, and dairy products. Coolers and boxes will be available to store perishable items for the duration of the pop-up event.

In addition to collecting the food donations, the pop-up will feature family-friendly activities such as painting, themed treats, meeting volunteers, and more! Please see the above flyer for additional details.
