Reflexion Dance Studio Opens
Opened by two teachers who have been dancing and competing since they were toddlers, Reflexion is going to be a space where students can learn dance techniques, styles, movements, and socialize.
With the combined experience of managing a dance school for more than five years, and a certified zumba, pound and bowka instructor by night, hospital dietician by day, the duo plan to make Reflexion a destination for both beginner students and experienced ones alike.
Styles of dance will include ballet, lyrics, dance, jazz, zumba, contemporary, improve, mommy and me, and creative movement: a pre-ballet class for children that uses props to understand the fundamentals of ballet. Here’s some info on classes:
The studio will be located at 26 – 80 30th street, generally subletted by the local Greek Cultural Center. Starting July 13th, they’ll be offering free dance classes – it’s the best time to check it out!
