Queens Beer Week Kicks Off!
There are few things in life as amazing as a cold beer on a warm day, and there’s no doubt that we’ve jumped headfirst into some really warm days (we’re sweating at Give Me Astoria headquarters). We’re definitely excited that tonight officially kicks off Queens Beer Week, and we’ll be checking out the festivities all week.
Beer Week is a community driven and supported celebration of that most wonderful of liquids. QBW is a 100% non-profit organization, brought to you by the great bars and breweries in Queens. Join the celebrations from May 8th-17th, as we cheers the Spring and the great brews Queens has to offer.
You’ve got two options for tonight: The premier of LIC Beer Project at Crescent and Vine at 6:00 p.m., or the premiere of the Barrier and Singlecut Queens Beer Week IPA at Judy and Punch at 7:00 p.m. Hint: Just do both. So worth it. So good. Plus, LIC Beer Project is the latest brewery to come out of the neighborhood, and this might be the best time to try it!
