There’s a new building coming to Astoria – and it’s absolutely artistic.

Before we bemoan the rising rent prices that will no doubt come along with the new building, we’ll share the details.

The new building will be an 8 story building, with a whopping 77 condos. The apartments will range from 5,00 to 1,500 square feet – and will range from one to three bedrooms.

 

 

The building has been named, “The Baron,” and if it stands up to that name, we imagine it will be stunning. It’s located on Broadway at 14^th street, right down the street from Socrates Sculpture Park. Building should be complete in two short years – after which it will be open to buyers.

It looks like The Baron will be an awesome place to live – there are plans for underground parking, a doorman, a second floor terrace complete with a garden, a children’s play area, a gym, and bike racks.
