What started as a quarantine hobby quickly turned into a passion for healthy baking—full-time. Recently, Danielle Schnapp partnered with fellow entrepreneur Kayli Kunkel, the owner of the zero-waste shop Earth and Me, to create her own cafe selling baked goods, the healthy way. All of Danielle’s products are gluten and dairy-free, with a few vegan options as well.

An unpretentious favorite since 1999 has found a new location: the World Artisan Market (WAM). This Spanish tapas restaurant is as authentic as it gets. With dishes inspired from all the different regions of Spain, patrons can expect to find classic recipes such as Paella, Garlic Shrimp, Lentils with Chorizo, and Patatas Bravas. Barbara Amoros, a Spanish Top Chef contestant, will bring in new ideas, including a highly anticipated dish called Coca, an Andalusian
flatbread topped with roasted red peppers and spinach. We can’t wait to try the food, explore the new lounge, and experience weekly flamenco dancing (come spring)—mark your calendar!

Unicorn Coffee Company

This coffee shop is, in one word—magical. The owners used to work in construction and decided to create a welcoming space with an inviting communal cafe that offers lots of delectable treats. No visit to the Unicorn coffee shop would be complete without trying the chocolate croissant or one of their signature macaroons, which goes well with a traditional espresso or cappuccino. Krispy Kreme

This is an oldie, but goodie! Founded in 1937, it quickly became one of America’s sweethearts for donuts, and we’re digging the fact that one just opened at a former Starbucks location.
