Police are investigating an alleged drive-by shooting which took place in the early hours of December 26th near Steinway StGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. & 36th AveGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028.

At approximately 4:30 AM, two men in their 30s were sitting in their car when they became the victims of gunfireGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. According to the Astoria Post, one of the men was shot in the face, arm, and leg while the second victim was shot in the arm, leg, and torsoGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028.

Both victims were fortunate enough to survive and are in stable conditionGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. While no announcement of arrests in the incident have been made, authorities found a vehicle with multiple bullet holes near 41st StGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. & Broadway shortly after the shooting took placeGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028.
