Auntie Eli’s Tuesday Treat: Oatmeal Cookies!

Ingredients

  • 250 grGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tspGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. baking soda
  • 1/2 tspGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. salt

  • 1/2 tspGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. nutmeg
  • 2 cups raisin
  • 2 cups oatmeal

Method

Place the raisins and the eggs in a bowl to soak for at least an hourGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028.
