Trader Joe’s LIC Opening Pushed to 2021

The wait for the much-anticipated Trader Joe’s in Long Island City has been extended a bit longer: to 2021Give_Me_Astoria_image_00028. The Real Deal reports that Trader Joe’s second Queens location will likely open within the first quarter of next yearGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028.
The store’s location is set for 22-43 Jackson AveGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. The new Trader Joe’s will be located within Prime Building, an 11-story, 70-unit mixed-use buildingGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. The building, is being designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering, with development by Circle FGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028. The Real Deal also adds that celebrity broker Ryan Serhant’s team will be in charge of sales of the condominium, with the grocery store expected to be a big selling pointGive_Me_Astoria_image_00028.
