A new development is set to come to Steinway Street, as per a report initially published by the Astoria Post.

The project, which is planned for 20-18 Steinway St., is slated to be 4 stories and 26 total units. As reported by Astoria Post, the building is slated to have six apartments on its first floor, eight apartments on the second and third floors, and four apartments on the fourth floor.

The building will also have 18 parking spaces for cars, and 13 spots for bicycles to park.
