Romano’s Famous Pizza & Gyro is unfortunately shutting its doors at the end of the month. The long-running pizza shop, located at 32-21 Broadway, is known for its take on both Italian and Greek cuisine.

Romano’s Famous Pizza & Gyro is set to close on Tuesday, January 28th after over 40 years in business.

We are certainly sad to see another Astoria institution go after so many years in the neighborhood. Give Me Astoria would like to wish the team behind Romano’s Famous Pizza & Gyro the best of luck going forward!
