Another day, more changes to the neighborhood.

A new 5-story, 17-unit building is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2021 occupying what were multi-family homes at the 25-74 34th St. and 25-76 34th Street addresses. Bell Realty, a Great Neck-based property management firm, purchased each building for $1,700,000 in January 2018.
