With summer approaching and the weather slowly, but surely, warming up we come to a crossroads: do I get that salad or eat just one final cookie?  Thankfully, for the owners of Chip both are an option. Newly opened is their new concept, Liv Salad, located at 31-86 37^th St., will focus on healthier options ranging from salads to bowls and avocado toast.

Liv will also carry compostable products such as cups and utensils to stay true to the sustainable goal of the business. According to the Astoria Post, Liv Salad’s tentative hours will be from 11AM-9PM, every Tuesday through Sunday. For additional information on Liv Salad, you can visit their Instagram page here.
