Sierra Shields, 30, a flight attendant with Shuttle America, was last seen leaving LaGuardia Airport on Jan. 14 leaving LaGuardia Airport.

Now, the Teamsters Association is offering a $10,000 reward for her whereabouts. Shields' photo a description of her were posted all over social media and news media when she went missing a couple weeks ago, and have been shared thousands of times over. 

The Teamsters are asking for the help of the community and anyone else that may know or have any information as to the whereabouts of Shields, according to a press release. 

The Facebook page "Find Sierra Shields"as been set up to help in the search for the young woman, who was said to have been not in usual happy spirits days before her disappearance, according to DNAinfo. 

People are also using the hashtags "#‎FindSierraNYC" and "#‎OurSweetSierra" across social media.
