Hei Tiki
Staying true to its name and adorned in tropical decor, Hei Tiki is the perfect summer spot to enjoy some sushi and refreshing cocktails. Opened in the former Highwater location, this new eatery hosts plenty of delicious options certain to cater to your taste buds. The menu consists mostly of Japanese staples such as katsu, sushi, and sashimi. If you’re feeling the heat this June, a must-try specialty menu item has to be Hei Tiki’s Osaka bite, which is deep-fried crispy rice topped with black tobiko, wasabi mayo, and spicy tuna. As for their rolls, definitely add the Nagoya roll to your list, complete with spicy tuna, cucumber, spicy mayo, hot sauce, and tempura crunch on top. Pair your meal with one of Hei Tiki’s various mocktails or cocktails and be sure to enjoy the summer days ahead!
