The Newsroom is the area’s newest speakeasy style eatery and lounge, located under the former Z Hotel. The Newsroom’s menu is curated by renowned celebrity Chef Ricardo Cardona, who aims to combine the best flavors from Europe and Latin America. Of course, there are also plenty of signature cocktails to enjoy as well at The Newsroom. Our recommendation? The Front Page, which consists of edible flowers, honey, vodka, lemon, and matcha. Standout dishes to enjoy with your drink include the filet mignon taquitos, served on herb tortillas with freshly made avocado corn salsa, as well as the Newsroom’s Latin paella.
