Looking for a fun way to kick off the first weekend of spring? What if I said you could also support innovative local businesses in the process? You’re in luck. Beginning on Friday, March 22^nd and running through Sunday, March 24^th, Astoria’s Spring Retail Crawl will be in full swing!

Organized by Shop Small Astoria, the third edition of the Spring Retail Crawl will showcase products from a number of local Astoria businesses. Shoppers can pick up a ‘passport’ at each participating store throughout the weekend, and if someone shops and gets their ‘passport’ signed at 5 participating stores, their name will be entered to win a gift card valued at $400 for all stores in the retail crawl. If a customer shops and gets their ‘passport’ signed at 8 participating stores, they will receive a bag filled with coupons and other treats from the stores themselves, as well as from additional Astoria-based bars & restaurants.
