Couple Steals Two $7,000 Diamond Rings From Jewelers

Two rings worth $7,000 were stolen from a jewelry store on Monday by a man and woman. Almaz Brothers Jewelers sits on 35-13 30th Avenue. For over 30 years, Almaz Brothers Jewelers have sat on 30th Avenue, dealing in fine and high end products. At around 5:40PM on Monday, a man and a woman entered the jewelers.

They asked an employee who tended to them if they could see a couple of rings from a display case.

The employee pulled out the rings, worth $7,000, after which the man and woman grabbed the rings and fled. Not the greatest way to a woman’s heart.

The man was described as Hispanic. Around 30 years of age and standing at about 5 feet 9 inches, about 180 pounds. Police stated he has brown hair and brown eyes.

The female, was described as white, around 21 years of age. Standing 5 feet 5 inches and weighing around 140 pounds.
