Dr. Martina Mrongovius is the Director of the “Center for the Holographic Arts” (HoloCenter).

Artist, educator and curator Martina Mrongovius works with experimental optics and holographic art. With background in physics and doctorate in architecture and design her passion is the visual expression of complex relationships and spatial dynamics.
As part of the artistic and academic staff at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, Germany, Mrongovius teaches experimental projection techniques.
Mrongovius is the Director of the “Center for the Holographic Arts” (Holocenter), an organization dedicated to helping artists to create holographic artworks and bring holography to the public. In 2013 she curated the major exhibition ‘Interference: Coexistence’ for the HoloCenter in NYC.
