The holiday windows in the city are truly a thing of beauty — the craftsmanship, the technique and the precision, it is magnificent. Not to be outdone, some of our retailers here in Astoria are putting their best window forward as we usher in the holiday season. 

If there is something that is true about Astorians, it has to be that we love to be aesthetically stimulated; our restaurants are Instagram-worthy, our residents are breathtakingly gorgeous, so it only stands to reason that our favorite retailers get in on the eye-candy option.

It has been said that a change of scenery stimulates the mind and fosters the inability of boredom. This is our home, we work and play here and seeing the same ole storefronts for 365 days a year will get a little monotonous.
