Give Me Astoria is proud to organize the ‘Clap For Our Heroes’ event to be held on Thursday, April 30th! This event is scheduled for Thursday, April 30 at 2PM honoring our brave front-line workers at Mount Sinai Queens and beyond. The clap-along will be held from 2:05-2:07PM, sharp.

Give Me Astoria will be presenting the staff at Mount Sinai Queens, along with members of Astoria’s 114th Precinct a ‘thank you’ cake to be followed by a 2-minute clap-along to show support for our healthcare heroes. The focus of this event is to demonstrate how thankful our community is to our essential workers during this difficult time. Participants can clap from the safety of their homes for the 2-minute duration to be heard throughout Astoria … because our city is always stronger together!
